About Ayurveda
Ayurveda literally means sciences of life, has originated as of Vedic sciences. It is the oldest system of medicine in the world. Its dimensions are not limited up to the body but are extended up to the level of mind and soul.

Ayurveda always aims at keeping a physiological equilibrium between all the components of an individual by means of diet, deeds and medicines. So, it is clear that Ayurveda is a very comprehensive system of healing for centuries and is an art of appropriate living.
Moreover Ayurveda is the only system of medicine in the world which proposes the need of undertaking the purification of biological system, aiming to clean the entire organism to render it suitable for self recovery & therapeutic responsiveness. The purification therapy includes various procedures collectively known as Panchkarma. Every single procedure also has its own merits in maintaining health & in rejuvenation. viz. Abhyang, Shirodhara, Nasya etc.
